We are a multilingual translation partner in of the European localization department of SAS Institute, an international organization that employs translators in some of its subsidiaries.

The company produces a range of business intelligence software and has experienced strong growth over the past decade, with increasing diversification of targeted business sectors.

Technical skills in software localization, as well as industry terminology, are crucial.

The variability of the customer's localization needs, depending on the capabilities of its internal translation departments, requires a high level of responsiveness.

  • With so many stakeholders, we have to effectively manage interactions at various levels (headquarters and country) as well as the different technical and linguistic aspects.
  • We have to comply with the processes and tools in place while working to further develop them with the customer.
  • The wide variety of subjects and applications, as well as the need to coordinate and standardize our work with that of the organization's internal translation departments, greatly increases the language work to be provided.

Optimizing tools and resources

  • We implement processes providing for the transparent management of all contributors, both internal and external, to achieve greater consistency of localized content and better overall quality.
  • Because we use many localization tools, we also devote the time necessary to our own training, and we support contributors needing to enhance their technical skills.
